In this remote role, you will lead the ideation, creation, and optimization of high-performing creative assets and video concepts designed to scale customer acquisition and maximize return on ad spend.

Responsibilities
Creative Research: Conduct deep market and audience research to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and winning ad concepts.
Scriptwriting & Production: Write compelling video scripts and ad copy optimized for paid social channels and digital marketing campaigns.
Performance Optimization: Analyze creative performance metrics, run iterative tests, and refine strategies to continually improve ad engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
Qualifications: Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Proven professional experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, video scriptwriting, and direct-response ad copywriting.
Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, high adaptability to data trends, and proficiency in digital advertising ecosystems.
