We are seeking a comfortable, engaging, and culturally fluent Remote Short-Form Video Host & Creator to be the face of ColorWay Sports. In this role, you will film and edit short vertical videos covering uniform schedules, jersey rankings, reveal-day news, and nightly matchup guides across major sports leagues like the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and college football.

Responsibilities
Film 2–3 short vertical videos (30–60 seconds) weekly using provided talking points covering jersey rankings, uniform reveals, and game-night looks.
Edit videos using mobile editors like CapCut, incorporating captions, cuts, and supplied jersey graphics.
Publish directly to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts or provide finished files for posting, moving quickly on breaking uniform news.
Requirements
Qualifications: Relevant background in Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Sports Broadcasting, or a related field.
Experience: Proven comfort and natural presence on camera, with active experience producing short-form video content for social platforms.
Skills: Speed and proficiency with mobile video editors (CapCut), deep multi-sport familiarity across at least two leagues, and a reliable execution schedule covering game nights.
