We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented Remote Senior Grant Writer & Proposal Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will independently develop core architecture and compelling first drafts for funding proposals from brief program descriptions—encompassing needs statements, program models, logic models, evaluation approaches, and implementation strategies.

Responsibilities
* Lead development check-in calls, engage subject-matter experts, and synthesize information to build robust funding proposals from emerging concepts.
* Draft comprehensive proposal components including statements of need, program models, goals, objectives, outcomes, outputs, logic models, and evaluation strategies.
* Incorporate stakeholder feedback accurately into subsequent drafts, produce clear grant outcome reports, and manage multiple concurrent proposal timelines.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field with 7 years of professional experience in grant writing and proposal development, specifically for new programs.
* Experience: Demonstrated success developing competitive proposals for government and/or private funders, translating brief ideas into structured designs.
* Skills: Exceptional writing, synthesis, and storytelling abilities; strong project management skills; deep understanding of program design principles; and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, and Salesforce.
